Constance Rafferty Obituary
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer J. and Marcella Shoemaker (nee Daly).
Connie loved gardening and especially loved her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Marcella Bade and Marlene Smith. She is survived by her children, Michele Quinn (Pete) and Thomas J. Rafferty (Claudine); her grandchildren, P.J. Quinn, Jake Quinn, Casey Rafferty, Chelsea Rafferty and Thomas Rafferty; and her neice, Lori Halprin.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Tuesday, September 8, 2015, 6:00-8:00 PM and Wednesday, September 9, 2015 8:45-9:45 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA, (610) 449-0300 and to her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Annunciation BVM Church, 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown, PA. Interment St. Denis Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Connie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
