Frank Campese Obituary

Frank Campese Sr., 78 years old, Resident of Aston, PA, for 51 years, died April 24, 2015, surrounded by his family and friends.
He was born on Nov. 13, 1936, in Chester, PA, son of the late Dominick and Josephine Gagliani Campese. He was a graduate of Chester High School, Class of 1954.
Frank was a retired employee of Mobile Oil as a mechanical draftsman. Frank was an honorably discharged Sargent First Class in the Army Reserve National Guard as a sharpshooter and squad leader. He was an active member of Saint Joseph's Church, Aston. Frank was an avid photographer and enjoyed fishing with his children and grandchildren. He loved relaxing on his front porch, gardening, watching sports and walking on the boardwalk.
Survivors: His loving wife of 56 years, Jean Sargent Campese; his brother, Ralph Campese; his children, Frank Jr. Campese (Patti), Jeanne Schafer (Kas) and Michael Campese (Nicole); grandchildren, Kara Campese, Emilie Campese, Tessa Schafer, Chase Schafer, Santino Campese and Sofia Campese; and his beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass: Wednesday at 10:30 am at St. Joseph's Church, 3255 Concord Road, Aston.
Visitation: 9:15-10:15 am at the church.
Burial: Private.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org or the Wounded Warrior Program at www.woundedwarriorproject.org. in Frank's memory.
Arrangements: Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, Aston.
