Dear Bishop Family,
My deepest condolences go out to you and your family during this difficult time. I had the opportunity to work with Jamal for many years, and got to know him quite well. It was almost impossible to encounter Jamal and not get a good laugh. Jamal was one of those people I looked forward to seeing. His calm demenour and contagious smile made everyone feel welcome in his presence. He will be deeply missed, not only by me, but by our entire PFChangs family. He will forever live in our hearts.
