Our sincere heartfelt sympathy to Carol and her family . Jim was the most unsefish , giving person I have ever met. A neighbor who soon became my best friend. I will never forget our golf outings and breakfasts with our group afterwards. I was fortunate and honored to have his friendship, that left me with cherished memories. Thank You, Jim!
