My sister sent me this I’m so glad to have the opportunity to say, that I miss you very much dad, there has been a few times over the last two years where I would’ve love to have your guidance ..you were always a great listener, actually sometimes just letting me vent and getting things off my chest without saying the word help me find a solution to what was bothering me..I miss that so much I miss being able to come over and sit with you and talk about just about anything... I miss your smile and that feeling of unconditional love you had for me and all your children...The only solace I have is that you are in heaven with mom not suffering anymore and being at peace

My Pop-Pop was the best. I have been blessed to have him in my life so long! When they say heaven gained an angel, the statement couldn't be more true when it comes to my grandfather -- he was the kindest, easy going, and happiest person I knew! I truly can't remember ever hearing him complain about anything ever!! Except maybe about the Phillies or Eagles!! He will be so missed by all that loved him.

I'm remembering John as "the quiet man". Coming to the shore to visit his sister in law, Sally, my neighbor, and then with Michele for many years. Yes, he loved the shore and Irish Weekend which seemed sad that he passed just as Irish Weekend was upon us.
Rest in peace, John! We will miss the Irish eyes that were always smiling!
