I remember John chasing us kids off of Dunkin Donuts steps ( that was our hangout). Really, all he would have to do was give us kids the look and we new to move on. He was also a very good friend of my dad Harold Oxendine. Rip office Singley.

Gail, Chris and Heather I am so sorry for your loss. When I think of John I remember all of the times I saw him at family functions and even though he was the strong silent type how his love for you his family came shining through. I used to tease him about always trying to be the center of attention and he would just give me that smile and say UH-HUH. I appreciated his generosity in making up tee shirts for the family reunion and how on more than one occasion he gave me a ride to a family event. I know that his family was the center of his world and that he cherished each one of you. The world is a little less bright without him and a lot sadder, but we are better for having him in our lives. I will pray that you are comforted in this time of sorrow. Please remember that his love will always be with you and hold his love in your hearts.

My prayers and condolences to the Singley family and John.
I knew John when I was a police officer in Yeadon, and we looked up to Johns professionalism.
John reminded me of times past when it was enjoyable to be a police officer in Delco.

My deepest condolences to the Singley Family on the passing of John. John was a friend and fine police officer. I knew John from running many emergency calls as a member of Collingdale 1. He always had that "don't get excited attitude"!
