John E. Singley

Forgot to say that my dad was John Earl Mann, brother to Laura and Isabel.

I remember John chasing us kids off of Dunkin Donuts steps ( that was our hangout). Really, all he would have to do was give us kids the look and we new to move on. He was also a very good friend of my dad Harold Oxendine. Rip office Singley.

Gail, Chris and Heather I am so sorry for your loss. When I think of John I remember all of the times I saw him at family functions and even though he was the strong silent type how his love for you his family came shining through. I used to tease him about always trying to be the center of attention and he would just give me that smile and say UH-HUH. I appreciated his generosity in making up tee shirts for the family reunion and how on more than one occasion he gave me a ride to a family...

Gail I am so very sorry to have read that you lost your beloved husband of 40 yrs

Always look up since I believe our love ones are looking down on us smiling and taking care of us...May your husband R.I.P..

My prayers and condolences to the Singley family and John.
I knew John when I was a police officer in Yeadon, and we looked up to Johns professionalism.
John reminded me of times past when it was enjoyable to be a police officer in Delco.

My deepest condolences to the Singley Family on the passing of John. John was a friend and fine police officer. I knew John from running many emergency calls as a member of Collingdale 1. He always had that "don't get excited attitude"!
