Michael Krist Obituary
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Michael and the late Anna (Rausch) Krist.
He served during World War II in the US Army. He was a member of American Legion Post 0366 for over 40 years.
He retired in 1993 from the American Belt Company. Mike also retired in 1981 an executive for Sears and Roebuck Co. where he worked for 43 years.
He enjoyed woodworking, drawing , painting, gardening, playing cards and computer games.
Predeceased by his wife Mary (nee Schrocker) Krist; and his sisters Helen Snyder, Catherine Nehlig, Susan Krist and Anna Krist.
Survived by his daughter: Sr. Deborah Krist, OSF and his sons: Michael J.Krist and Robert J. Krist; 5 grandchildren Kevin, Allen, Kara, Alexander and Michael; 2 great-granddaughters Reagan and Devyn; sister-in-law, Sophie Tatar; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass: Thursday 11 a.m. at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Church, Amosland Road, Morton.
Visitation: Thursday 9-10:45 a.m. at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Church,
Burial: Our Lady Of Grace Cemetery , Langhorne.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Our Lady of Angels Regional School 2130 Franklin Ave. Morton, PA 19070

I am so very sorry for your great loss. You were a very faithful daughter and you can have no regrets for the wonderful way you showed your love and respect for your Father over these many years.

We extend our deepest sympathies to the Krist family on the passing of our dear neighbor, Mike. Our family was blessed to have such wonderful, kind, caring neighbors living right next door to us in Cheltenham for so many years. We will continue to fondly remember Miss Mary and Mr. Mike, as my now-grown children called them--Mike's woodworking skills,his always being the first in the neighborhood to vote, his regular, meticulous lawn mowing regardless of the heat, as well as Mary's avid love of baseball!
The Krist family will be in our prayers during this difficult time.
