Paul J. Sullivan

Paul J. Sullivan, age 70 of Newtown Square, PA passed away on March 26, 2021. Paul Sullivan, President and Chief Executive Officer purchased Tracey Mechanical, Inc. in 1989, and has been in the construction industry for more than 47 years. After college, he completed his apprenticeship in the plumbing trade. Mr. Sullivan’s vast field experience as an Apprentice, Journeyman, Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager has been invaluable in his transition as CEO. Mr. Sullivan’s sound knowledge of the construction industry has been responsible for the successful completion of many of the largest projects in the City of Philadelphia. His ability to deal effectively in human relations has accounted for a large portion of satisfied repeat clientele. Paul built Tracey Mechanical as one of the largest and top-rated mechanical contractors in the City of Philadelphia. Predeceased by his adoring children; Brian P. Sullivan and Paul J. Sullivan III; his cherished parents, Conadine (nee Brestle) and Paul J. Sullivan, Sr., and his dear brother Joseph Sullivan. Survived by his dear sister Conadine “Connie” Banninger (Don); his loving companion Cindy Hoplamazian; his nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, also many loyal co-workers and employees. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, 9:00AM-10:00AM at the Danjolell Memorial Home of Broomall, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA.
