Bobby was the loving father of Donald (Lori) Clark, Michael (Suzanne) Clark, Kimberly (Ray) Whoriskey, and James (Marcie) Clark. He was the proud grandfather of Robert T. Clark, James J. He was later employed by Upper Darby Township Department of Public Works as a Surveyor until his retirement in 1998. Bobby played baseball for Tinicum in the Pendel League and was the League MVP in 1959. His talent led to a minor league tryout for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He moved his family into the Highland Park section of Upper Darby in 1971. Bobby became involved in the community and established a street hockey and basketball league for local youth at The Westview Playground in the early 1970’s. He was involved in local politics, serving as a Voting Machine Operator for the Fourth District of Upper Darby for over 30 years. Bobby later founded the Havertown Businessmen’s Softball League and served as President for 10 years. He also coached the C&M Sporting Goods Team to multiple championships. Bob was a fine softball coach who I played for for 9 years. He was also a great person who I saw at Mass weekly. Rest in Peace!

Jim & Don, so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a really great man, for whom I had a lot of respect.
He would help you out in any way. When I was a softball umpire, if I saw him on the field, as a mgr, I knew if there was a question, I could ask him, and he would help me out. :-(
