Robert D. "Rocky" Long

Robert D. “Rocky” Long, age 71, of Marcus Hook, PA, formerly of Chester, PA, died Saturday, February 25, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Robert was born and raised in Chester, PA. He was employed for more than 30 years with Congoleum Corporation. Rocky was a devoted Green Bay Packers Fan. He enjoyed watching western movies, and always being able to make others laugh. Rocky was devoted to his family and they were everything to him. Son of the late John and Mary (McNiff) Long; brother of the late James, John, Freddy and Margie. Survivors: Loving Wife of 52 years: Judy Westland Long. Daughters: Judy (John) Manata and Stacie Long and her friend Phil. Son: Robert (Patti) Long. Grandchildren: Matthew, Lauren and Megan. Brothers: Thomas, William, Vincent and Eddie. Sisters: Mary, Sally and Clara. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Service: Friday, March 3rd at 12:00PM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063. Visitation: Friday, March 3rd after 10:30AM at the funeral home.
