William J. Foster

1960 - 2020

William J. Foster, 60, passed away unexpectantly Dec 5, 2020. Loving husband, brother and uncle, Bill was living in West Chester with his husband James B. Snyder. Born May 31, 1960, raised in Springfield by his parents Linn and Bill Foster, he was a graduate of Springfield High, He enjoyed hunting and fishing and shared a passion for scuba diving with Jim. Bill and Jim married in 2015 in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands where they were planning to retire. Bill was a member of Local 8 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees for over 40 years. We are both eternally grateful for their friendship and support. In addition to his husband, surviving relatives include his sister Pamela Zitsch (Don) of Toms River, NJ, his brother David Foster (Nancy) of Newtown Square, PA, his nieces and nephews Wayne Zitch, Douglas Zitsch , Kevin Foster, Stephanie Kirlyck and Kristen Ferrari; his mother in law Rose Snyder and sister in law Karen Snyder. New Covid restrictions limit visitation to 10 people at a time for close family and friends 12:30- 1:30 TUESDAY (Today) at Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington followed by private service and burial.
