J. Anstaett Obituary

DELAWARE — J. Scott Anstaett, 71, of Delaware passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, December 22, 2022 at the Kobacker House in Columbus. He was born June 23, 1951, in Columbus to the late Joseph Knight Anstaett and Lois (Trumbull) Anstaett.

He received his bachelor's degree in accounting and worked 30 years in the retail management business.

A devoted and faithful member of the First Presbyterian Church in Delaware, Scott enjoyed camping alongside his wife Terry. Sadly, Terry passed away in 2014 after only six years of marriage. He also enjoyed being active in AA.

Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Linda Jones of Eaton; stepson, Tim (Lisa) Adkins of Worthington; step-grandson Brandon.

Celebration of life services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at the First Presbyterian Church, 73 W. Winter St., Delaware, OH 43015, where Rev. Deb Patterson will officiate. His family will greet friends following the services.

Contributions in Scott's memory may be made to the First Presbyterian Church.
