Ann Aubain Obituary
St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands—Ann Sylvanie "Sylvia" Aubain, 89 of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, died on Thursday, October 18th, 2012 at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. Born in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, she was the daughter of the late Eugen Greaux and Rosita Turbe Greaux.
She is survived by 7 sons and their wives, Joseph Edward Aubain (June), John H. Aubain (Farida), Jimmy Aubain, Raymond Aubain, David Aubain, William Aubain, Danny M. Aubain (Paula); 6 daughters and their husbands, Marie B. Cruz (Juan), Carmen Aubain, Joan Sibilly, Irene Aubain, Christine Aubain and Carol Aubain; 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Jules Aubain; a son, Lionel A. Olive; a daughter, Mary Aubain; a brother, Joseph A. Greaux; and 2 sisters, Julie Bernier and Bernadette Aubain.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 3pm at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury, MD with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
A Mass of Christian Burial will also be held on Thursday, October 25th, 2012 at 10am at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral with a visitation preceeding at 8am at the John Thomas Funeral Home in St. Thomas, VI.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Joseph House and or Women Supporting Women.
