What a great guy, so sorry to hear about his passing. A great teacher as well, always there if you needed him. I truly enjoyed classes and conversations with him over the years. You will be missed Ed.

Ed - one of my favorite people. I only knew him recently over the past few years from the purchasing/selling of lots in Holiday Harbor. He is a legend. Anytime I would talk about him to a realtor friend of mine, they all knew him. One said to me "you know they have to tell you to be honest then they teach you the real estate classes but there was just something about Ed when he taught us, you knew he was sincere about it". I could see that in my dealings with him and loved talking to him as I always learned something new. He was always looking out for both parties in a real estate transaction and that says a lot. I will truly miss talking with him and regret that I will not be able to call him up to ask his opinion on something real estate related. He was so happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. Sounds like he was a wonderful man all around. It was an honor to have known Ed.

I took Ed's "Crash Course" in 1986 to obtain my Maryland real estate license and passed the test on my very first try due to Ed preparing me, and others in the class, to pass the test. I took many C.E. classes afterwards with Ed and always enjoyed being in his classes-despite hearing the same attorney jokes over and over again! The one thing I always will remember is that he always asked about my dad-who along with Ed was a charter member of the Ocean City MLS. May God bless you Ed.

Ed taught me the ins and outs of real estate preparing me for obtaining my license and embarking on my brief journey as a realtor. He was a big influence in my life. I wish to thank him for sharing his knowledge. Well done Ed!

Ed and I were friends back at Calvert Hall. We spent lots of time at Rudis delicatessen where he sometimes worked. Lots of good memories of those high school days. So sad to hear of his passing. My sincere condolences to his family. RIP Ed.
