Marcella Fields Obituary
Chincoteague Island, VA - Marcella Rose Fields, 71, of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away on December 25, 2019 at her residence.
She was born in Irvington, NJ on August 5, 1948 to the late Edward and Jennie (Sobczak) Gurz.
She served in the United States Air Force and was a registered nurse for years.
Marcella is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Abramson and her husband Brian of Chincoteague Island, VA, Rebecca Cardone and her husband Nick of Marlton, NJ, ; son, Lucas Abramson and his wife Kim of New Orleans, LA; five step children, Lloyd Fields Jr., Sara Fields, Carlton Fields, Celestine Fields, andTony Fields; nine grandchildren, Shyla Rose Doughty, Adreis Fields, Dante Morgan, Shayne Morgan, Aidan Cardone, Hunter Cardone, Kyle Fields, Angel Fields, and Briana Hathoway and several great granchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents,husband Lloyd Fields Sr. and brother, Michael Gurz.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020, 2:00 pm at the Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., Chincoteague Island, VA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

I googled myself and this came up. Thank you to my step siblings for mentioning us in your mom's obituary. I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure this is a difficult time of year for you. God bless you Melissa, Rebecca and Lucas. I will love you always.
