I met Wilson and Debbie Kent as I interviewed for their first employee at For Sale By Owner. His only question was if I knew where the bridge to nowhere was located. I answered yes and was hired. What a character he was. He always kept us laughing. Rest easy my friend. Prayers to all the family.

I interviewed for the position as Wilson's assistant at Re/Max in 1994. It was the oddest interview of my life. He had three questions for me. 1. Do you know how to work that damn thing on the desk? (the computer) 2. Do you know how to use the stuff on the damn thing on the desk? (the software) 3. Do you have a sense of humor and can you take a joke? That was the beginning of my relationship with Wilson. We worked together at Re/Max and then he and I started For Sale By Owner Services which is still a thriving business. I couldn't have done it without him. I will always miss his sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Although we knew that Wilson was not well, seeing his obituary in the paper was still a surprise. Since we are in FL till June we will be unable to at tend any services at this time, but know that we are thinking of you, Mary Katherine, in particular and the family. Wilson was certainly a unique character with a glint in his eyes every time he told one of his stories. He will be remembered with great fondness.
