To all of James family we are very sorry about James he will truely be missed and for those who never got to experience the kind of friendship that me and my family had with James I feel sorry for.He truely was the kind of person who gave his whole heart and didn't ask anything in return.He taught me and Bubba alot and i wish my kids could of learned from him. His memory will never be lost with us. We miss him very much and think of him daily. Our love goes out to you all.

Dearest Rose, Grace and all the Scartaccini Family,
We are shocked and grieved to hear of Jame's death! He was such an amazing man as you all are a remarkable family. And his contribtions to the mining industy in NM and other states will be long known and remembered.
You are all in our prayers as we hold you up for God's blessing & strength during this tough time of your lives.
May God bless all of you and though we are not close at hand in Silver City, if there is anything we could do from afar please let us do so.
