Anthony DeLisio Obituary
Clyde: Peacefully on April 11, 2011, at the age of 93, in Clifton Springs Hospital, with his family at his side. Surviving are his daughters, Sydney (James) Raniere of Manhattan; Shirley (Lawrence) Lozipone of Macedon; his son Daniel (Linda) DeLisio of Clyde; his sister, Delores (Arthur) Paradise of Syracuse; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents and his wife, Anthony was predeceased by his brothers, Leonard DeLisio and John DeLisio and his sisters, Louise DeLisio and Rosalie Critelli. Anthony was a veteran of WWII and a member of the VFW, American Legion and Union Local #13.
Family and friends are invited to call Tuesday (April 12th) from 7-9 PM and Wednesday (April 13th) from 7-9 PM at the Baris Funeral Home, 87 W. Genesee St. Clyde. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday 10 AM (April 14th) in St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church with the Rev. August Chumo officiating. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Clyde, where full military honors will be accorded. Memorial contributions to the Clyde Volunteer Ambulance Corps, PO Box 245, Clyde, NY 14433, would be appreciated. For online condolences and more information, please visit:

Tony's Family,
So sorry to hear about your loss. Tony & Josie were such friendly, outgoing people who were fun to be around. He was a devoted care giver in her later years.
We are still in Ariz. or we would be there with you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Dan and Linda,
Thinking of you as you say goodbye to your Dad. I remember your Dad coming in the attorney's office when I worked in Clyde, and he was always so kind to me. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. Uncle Tony was my great uncle and he was a GREAT uncle. I enjoyed the time we spent together talking and learning about the DeLisio family history and just spending time with him. He was a very kind and loving man to all. I will miss him.
