Gates: August 27, 2017. Tony was predeceased by his parents Paul & Lillian Palermo. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Rose Mary (Licata) Palermo; children Debbie (Mike) Mancuso & Paul (Denise) Palermo; grandchildren, Michael (Kristen) Mancuso, Anthony (Fiance Caroline Baldini) Mancuso, Paul Palermo, Jr., Bianca Palermo, Adrianna Palermo, Audrey Dragoone & Lauren Dragoone; great grandchildren, Domenic, Juliana, Gianna, Marilyn, Sophie & Luciano; sisters, Phyllis Mantisi & Pat Formicola; uncle Joe Sanfilippo, special friend Marykay Dumrese; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Tony's visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 at the Funeral Home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 & Long Pond Rd.). Tony's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 12 PM at St. Helen's Church, 310 Hinchey Rd. followed by his interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Tony's memory.

My uncle Tony was a very special man. He had a huge heart and always made me laugh. I thought he would live forever. Fought harder than I could possibly put into words. Stronger than any person I know. I will miss him so very much but I know he is not in pain and wearing a smile. I love you and will never ever forget you. Rest in peace uncle!
