Greece: October 22, 2017. Predeceased by his wife Joanne (Agostinelli) Di Luigi, survived by his son, Mario (Kimberly) Di Luigi; grandchildren, Bri Anna, Dominique & Mario Anthony; brothers-in-law, Rudolph (Julianna) Agostinelli & Peter Capponi; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Carmen's visitation will be 4-8 PM, Wednesday, October 25 at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 & Long Pond Rd). His funeral mass will be celebrated 9:30 AM on Thursday, October 26 at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd., entombment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 E. Ohio St., Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60611 in Carmen's memory.
