Bob, Your Mom and Dad were so proud of your accompishments. The few times I met Billie he spoke mostly of you and all that you did. After your Dad passed away my Mom and yours were togther a few times every week. A lot of the time I was there too.Your Mom would make me come out and look at the house you are building and walk the properety with her each time to see the progress you were making.
She and my Mom were best friends since your Dad passed away. Together they explored so so many places and discovered so many fine little out of the way antique shops, places to eat and new things to see. They spoke by phone alomst daily. My Mom is so lost without her friend, your Mom. We all loved your Mom she was a special lady and you should be happy in knowing that the last two years of her life were jam packed with new and exciting things. A few that I introduced her to were bar-b-qued oysters on the half shell with tabasco and and parmesian cheese and Mocha Velencia Frappacino's from Starbucks. I wished you could have seen her eyes light up when she ate that first b-b-qued oyster. I thought I would die laughing. I thought she would spit it out but not Charlotte. She must have eaten 10 of them and she knew just how she wanted them cooked too. Your Mom was truly one of a kind. I am proud to have gotten to know her so well and bring her with me and my friends and family to all of our parties. She was truly an elegant women.
My thoughts are with you Bob, Leslie Stewart
