Eleanor Swarts Obituary
Greece: August 19, 2015. Predeceased by parents Edward and Elizabeth Nemec. Survived by husband of 67 years Belford Swarts, sons, Gary (Lucynda), Bruce (Peggy), 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Her Memorial Service will be held September 5 2015 at 1:00pm at Church of the Ascension, 2 Riverside St. Rochester NY 14613 .
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Church of the Ascension, Northside Lion/Lioness Club or Hildebrandt Hospice Center.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Mr. Swarts: You and Mrs. Swarts were a HUGE part of the lives of so many of us, the teens @ St. George's Church in the late 1960's. You gave us your time, your hearts, opened your home to us; and always made us feel we had 2 very special adults to go to in our most difficult years (the dreaded TEENS). I'll never forget you and will always love you. Mrs. Swarts...Smile down on us with Jesus holding you up! <3

I was so happy to see how much Bel loved Ellie. Ellie was such a wonderful person to know and I am honored that I got to know her. I am so sad to hear how much Ellie suffered. Rochester Northside Lioness Club past secretary.

I so fondly remember Mrs. Swarts and how she, and Mr. Swarts, opened their home to those of us in the St. George's youth group in the late 1960's. May God Bless you Swarts family. It's been so many years, but I love you all.

Was saddened to read Ellie's obit today. She was a very special and gracious lady. Her generous spirit and giving ways shall long be remembered. Am very sorry to be away next weekend
