She is survived by her children, Ann Della Porta (Chuck Djurovich), Joan Della Porta, Thomas (Judy) Della Porta, James (Carmela) Della Porta; sisters, Maria (Joseph) Stellmack, Margaret (Hal) Bernthal; brother, Joseph (Lillian) Hrebek; grandson, John D. Della Porta; brother-in-law, Genaro (Gloria) Della Porta; nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held TODAY, 10 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 150 Floverton St., Interment at White Haven Memorial Park. Contributions may be made in her memory to LifeTime Care, 3115 Winton Rd. South, Rochester, 14623, Unicef, 333 East 38th St., New York, NY 10016 or the American Red Cross, 50 Prince St., Rochester, 14607.
