Florence Lewis Obituary
West Bloomfield: Passed away peacefully at home on July 31, 2014 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth and son Richard. She is survived by her children David (Judianne) Lewis, Gary (Betty) Lewis, Raymond (Karen) Lewis, Katherine (Richard) Henrie, Timothy (Ellen) Lewis, Evelyn (Robert) Montgomery, Linda (Randall) Lusk, James (Linda) Lewis; grandchildren Kenneth (Louise) Lewis, John Lewis, Tammie (Mark) Thomas, Terry (Kim) Lewis, Heidi (Terry) Kozak, Gary John Lewis, Brenda (Louie) Giglia, Dawn (Donald) Pierce, Diane Jensen, Debbie Sinack, Doreen (Joshua) Knapp, Timothy Jr. (Ellen) Lewis, Carla Lewis, Todd (Erika) Lewis, Jason (Tammi) Lewis, Stacey Heaven, Sarah Clifford, Jeremy (Brandi) Langan, Cory (Raymond) Washburn, Joseph (Kelly) Santora, Michele (Shawn) Seaver, Shannon (Kelley) Lusk, April (James) Morsch, James Lewis; and 43 great-grandchildren. Florence was a life long member of the West Bloomfield Congregational Church, and her most beloved passion was her family, only to be matched by her farm and her greatest joy was sitting on her tractor driving up and down the fields on bright and sunny days.
Family and friends may call Monday August 4, 2014 from 3:00 - 7:00 P.M. at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. 59 Monroe St., Honeoye Falls. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday August 5, 2014 at 11 am at the West Bloomfield Congregational Church; Interment to follow at Millers Corners Cemetery in Ionia, NY. Florence Lewis was a very hard working woman and she loved working outside on their farm. She was respectful of others and was a good role model to her children. I know she will be missed by her family. We are very sorry for your loss.

Florence (Aunt Flossie) was an amazing woman. Growing up I enjoyed spending time with her helping around on the farm, spending time with her and all my cousins in the kitchen while she cooked just talking and laughing. And oh.. The family reunions were always the best. Florence you will surely be missed. You will remain in our hearts forever, cherishing of times spent together. Thoughts and prayers are with the entire Lewis family and friends.

Florence (gramma lewis) was such a great person. It was a lot of fun on the farm hanging around...and being with that crazy family in the seventies! It was nice to see her, just about every Friday night at "Cheaps" for her fish fry! We will all miss her! Love to you all!
