Rochester, NY - Frances L. Floyd passed away peacefully on March 14, 2018 at age 83. She is survived by her children: daughters, Ernestine, Annette, Cynthia and Josephine; sons, Stanley and Robert; several grand and great-grandchildren; 1 sister and 3 brothers.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 20th from 11 AM to Noon with her Homegoing Service to follow at Church Of God By Faith, 230 Adams St., Rochester, NY. Ref: Joseph E. Hall Funeral Home.
