Frank Colaianni Obituary
St. Petersburg: 85, was lost forever to his beloved family and friends on Sunday Sept. the 8th, fifteen days shy of his 86th birthday.
Born in Valguarnera Sicily on Sept. 23rd 1927, Frank moved his family to Rochester NY in 1970 were he resided for the next 30 years. Subsequently, he moved to Florida.
He is survived by his loving wife Pina of 59 years, their two Sons Joe (Maria) and Robert (Dina), 7 Grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Friday, September 13, with a wake service at 6pm, at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. MLK NE, St. Petersburg. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, September 14, 10am, at St. Raphael Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Words of comfort may be expressed at www.AndersonMcQueen.com

Uncle Frank was a true gentleman in every sense of word. His high standards of excellence and work ethic were commendable but it was his humble nature and peaceful spirit that made him truly special. He did not have to say much. His actions and how he lived his life told the story. Thank you for all of the special moments and thank you for always loving me as your nephew. Please watch over me.
Their 50th Wedding Anniversary in 2004 and I was there. What a great time.

Uncle Frank was a true gentleman in every sense of word. His work ethic and high standards of excellence in every thing he did is a testament to who he was and his humble and peaceful demeanor are qualities we could all benefit from.
