Rochester - January 6, 2021. Gayle is predeceased by her husband, Charles Vance; father, Joseph Specksgoor & brother, Michael Specksgoor. She is survived by her children, Michelle Coniglio & Scott Vance; granddaughter, Haley Coniglio; mother, Genevieve Specksgoor; brothers Paul Specksgoor & Peter (Debra) Specksgoor; nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends. Gayle's services and burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery were held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Veteran's Outreach Center, 459 South Ave., Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.

Gayle was a a fellow graduate of St Joseph’s Business School class of 1967, we will remember her as a sister and say a prayer for her and her family; she will be remembered for her smile and humor.

My deepest sympathies go out to Gayle's family. My heart is broken along with theirs. Gayle was such a beautiful person, always smiling, fun and full of life. I will always cherish the good times at her cottage in Cape Vincent with Gayle and 3 other friends from Frontier telephone. We'd play progressive rummy for hours, do facials, line dance in the living room and spend time in Alexandria Bay shopping for "treasures". I will miss her tremendously...we had too many more memories to make. I love you Gayle.
