George Bellave Obituary
Greece: Passed away November 5, 2012 at age 78. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him. Predeceased by his wife, Nancy E. Bellave. Survived by his children, Darlene A. Burdick, George J. Bellave; grandchildren, Matthew Altobelli, Nicholas Altobelli, Ryann Burdick; great-granddaughter, Morgan Altobelli; brother, Joseph (Betty) Bellave; sister, Marlene (Tony) Ferreri; several nieces and nephews. George's visitation will be on Thursday at 3-7 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 & Long Pond Rd). George's funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 AM at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish at St. Cecilia Church (2732 Culver). Entombment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd. Fairport, NY 14450 in George's Memory.

My husband and I are two of George's friends from Starbucks! We so enjoyed our mornings seeing him and his buddies Frank and Nick. We have known George since before Nancy passed and now they are together again. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we hope that many wonderful memories bring you comfort during this time.

dear bellave iam truely sorry for your lose i only knew george for short time we meant through my brother floyd i had a good time with george golfing and and going to lunch. in that short time he became a good friend i will miss our golf and lunch. may god be with you in your time of sorrow..... ps i had my knee replaced and had some problems so i wont be able to make the wake but my prayers will be with the family
