Gloria Dorward Obituary

Dorward, Gloria D. (Bulman)
Oceanside, CA: Passed away peacefully Monday, July 28, 2008 in her home in Oceanside, CA at the age of 64 of lung cancer. Gloria leaves behind her loving and devoted husband of 36 years, Albert L. Dorward; 2 sons, Brice Dorward of Las Vegas, NV and Dale (Jeannine) Dorward of DesMoines, WA. Also 2 daughters, Yvonne Dorward Moore of Omaha, NE and Katherine (Thomas) Dorward Vanater of Zephyrhills, FL; 6 grandchildren, Anthony, Richard, Stephanie, Brandon, Brice Jr. & Marlanna; and 4 great-grandchildren. Uncles, Richard (Karen) Bulman of New York City and David H. Bulman of Albany.
Gloria was the daughter of loving parents Calvin R. and Rose E. Bulman of Henrietta and was the beloved sister of Kathleen A. Dvorkin of Brighton.
She was also survived by her loving mother-in-law, Beverly Dorward; several brothers and sisters-in-law all of DeRuyter, N.Y. She also had aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
Gloria was a 1961 graduate of Rush-Henrietta and Henrietta Harvest Queen in 1961. Her gift to the world was her art of making new friendships.
Family and friends are invited to Gloria's Memorial Service on Wednesday, September the 17th at 1:30 P.M. at the East Baptist Church of Henrietta on Reeves and Pinnacle Roads. Memorial contributions may be made to The John C. Sable Memorial Heart Fund, 7211 Ilison Road, Byron, N.Y., 14422.
