Bergen: May 22, 2013. Survived by his wife, Mary Jane (Hampson) Billings; his children, Donna (Joseph) Barbieri, Lynn (Joseph) Furno and Cynthia Billings; step-children, Liz (Jason) Vinette and Bryan Stansell; his former wife, Sandra Billings; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Eleanor and Millie.

Gordie has been my friend since grade school.We did a lot of goofy things growing up. I have many good memories of things we did together.My brother Ray and I remember the pool games in Gordie's basement. He let us win sometimes. We want the family to know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

To all of Gordie's family - Gordie and the two of us, go back to the days of grade school at Harding School in Gates. Then the Wesleyan Methodist church and most recently camping near each other in Fl. Our sympathies go out to all of you, Sandy and your girls and Mary Jane and your family as well. We pray that the loving arms of Jesus will surround you all and give you peace and comfort during the difficult days ahead.
