Helen Cufari Obituary
Canandaigua: Dec. 15, 2007, age 97. She is survived by 2 sisters, Katherine DeAngelo of Palmyra, Elizabeth DeNearing of Macedon; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Josephine Colacino in 1994 and brother, John Cufari in 1991.
Friends may call Tues. from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM at John C. Johnson Funeral Home, Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. A Prayer Service will be held at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Canandaigua. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's School, 16 Gibson St. Canandaigua, 14424 or Calvary Cemetery, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua 14424.

As "Miss Cufari" you were my patient and wonderful third grade teacher in that beautiful, new Victor Central School. As "Helen" you were a wonderful friend to visit and talk to for over fifty years. I pray that many of your students attend your services as a testimony to what a talented, caring teacher you were.
