Hunter Dunlap Obituary
Webster - Lost his courageous fight with cancer on a peaceful Wednesday afternoon, October 10, 2018 at age 15. He is survived by his loving parents, Ben (Charlotte) Dunlap and Erin (Christian) Pappas; sister, Madison; brothers, JJ and Oakes; grandparents, Robert (Sue) Dunlap and Cindy Dunlap, Greg (Lori) Singleton; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; the greatest of friends, John, PJ and Asella.
Hunter was a selfless, loving and caring son, big brother and friend.
Friends may call Sunday, October 14th, from 1-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the funeral chapel (1031 Ridge Road). Services will be held privately. The family is grateful for the loving care provided by the entire staff at the Golisano Children's Hospital and CURE Childhood Cancer Association. Please no flowers. Donations in memory of Hunter may be directed to CURE Childhood Cancer Association, 200 Westfall Rd., Rochester 14620. It's been over a year at this point and I don't know why I'm in tears, now, at midnight. Your son and I were always friends when he lived here, never super close, but together nonetheless. We did music and theater together and I remember when he was one of the bro aliens in the middle school play. Weirdest play ever. He was awesome. He still is. I hope he's doing good up there. We love ya, Hunter.

Hunter was a truly amazing kid, when he lived in my town we hung out about once before he moved away, in that short time I realized how full of life Hunter was. I pray for him and I know the lord has greater plans for an amazing person like this.
