Suzanne and all the family, Mary and I remember the time at the Internatioanl Barbershop Singers Convention, and Jim loosing his wallet. Jim was in my very first novice quartet one night with the Chorus of the Erie Canal. He and Andy Nazzaro, made it happen that I have been a barbershopper for over 30 years. Mary and I will always cherish the memeories. Once a Marine always a Marine ! Bill and Mary Wegenka, Greensboro, NC

I am just one of thousands of his students. I got the double dose, homeroom and social studies. We heard much about his dream escape, Tupper Lake and his steadfast conviction that Brittany Spaniels were the worlds greatest bird dog. My deepest sympathies to the whole family. Semper Fidelis

Jim was a wonderful man and a great cook! It was so wonderful to come home from school and smell the aroma of the dishes he made while you were both visiting me in Watertown. You lived life as fully as you could while he battled his illness - that speaks volumes about you both. I will remember him with great fondness. My heartfelt condolences to your whole family.

So sorry to hear this. I remember sitting in the coffee shop with Jim, on campus, when we were both undergrads. We were 'townies' so had something in common. Then, years later, we were "neighbors" and our sons were best buddies. My prayers and deepest sympathy for the family in this time of loss. May God watch over all of you.
