Henrietta: On October 23, 2008 at age 69. She is survived by her husband, Alan; daughters, Elaine Burgess, Kimberly (Kenneth) Groth; grandchildren, James & Nicole Groth; brothers; sister; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
