Victor: Taken to the Lord in loving arms February 8, 2015. He is survived by 2 children, Nicholas and Allison; Shannon Smith and Luci Blackburn; parents, Joel P. Smith Sr. and Victoria Immesoete; brother, Joshua; sisters, Jennifer, Jessica and Angela; and a large extended family.
Friends are welcome to call at the RICHARD H. KEENAN FUNERAL HOME, 7501 PITTSFORD PALMYRA ROAD, FAIRPORT (EGYPT LOCATION), Thursday 4-7. Funeral Mass, Friday 10 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Victor. In lieu of flowers, please support the education endeavors of Nicholas and Allison Smith, checks payable to Shannon Smith, PO Box 1561, Fairport, NY 14450.

Since hearing this news Joel has been on my mind and in my heart. My heart breaks for his children and siblings, parents, and friends. We grew up in Williamson since age 5 together and have always thought highly of him. Such a terrible loss for all. He will be missed. Prayers and love to all who knew and loved him.
