John Colapietro Obituary

John M. Colapietro "Jack"

Irondequoit - Passed Saturday, February 24, 2018 at age 94. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary. He is survived by his children, Joe Colapietro, Ann Vitollo, Nancy (Craig) Walker, John (Lucia) Colapietro and Janet (Elio) Croce; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Antoinette Russo and Ruth Alessi; brother-in-law, Van (Sally) Cardilli; and many nieces and nephews. Jack was a United States Army Air Corp Veteran who proudly served his country during WWII and was a member of the Ira Jacobson Post. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at St. Ann's Home especially Barbara, Melissa and Brooklyn.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 7th from 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 8th at 11 AM at the Christ Our Light Chapel at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery where Interment will follow. Contributions in Jack's name may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association. To share a special memory, please visit:
