My sincere sympathy to the Gaidula family. Your father was a quiet person who showed great kindness and caring to all. He and Carol were people I greatly admired for all they did for the Victor Community, each in their own way. Our lives touched in many ways, and remembering these occasions still brings me a smile. May you cherish your memories and find comfort knowing your father was a special person to so many others.

Dr. Gaidula delivered my nephew 52 years ago September 23. My nephew was the first baby Dr. Gaidula delivered in private practise. He diagnosed me with Type 1 diabetes 50 years ago this past August. He delivered our three sons in the 1960s. We lost our first one because of my diabetes. I then had two more sons and Dr. Gaidula made sure we didn't lose them. He saw me every day during the eighth month and I delivered two lively sons in 1965 and 1967 three and four weeks early because of his attention. When the third son was delivered I thanked Dr. Gaidula in the delivery room and he said "I didn't have anything to do with it, Judy." But he sure did! He wouldn't charge us for the one we lost. The next son was $125 and our third son the price had gone up to $135. He was the best doctor we have ever had or will ever have. After he retired he loved running into old patients and always gave me a hug and my husband a hand shake. We know the Lord has blessed him and he has a lovely place in heaven with his wife, Carol. Thanks for being a dedicated doctor, Dr. Gaidula.

Spent many tearful hours in his office for one illness or mishap or another. In spite of that, he was always kind and understanding to a small child's fears, as was Carol. He was a wonderful doctor for my family

So sorry to hear that our family physician and more than that our family friend has passed away. Now he can be with Carol, who I am sure he missed greatly.
