John Grande Obituary
Webster - Born July 4, 1942 and passed away May 16, 2020 at age 77. Predeceased by his parents Anthony Grande and Teresa Keating. Survived by his beloved wife of 56 years Erika (Bendel) Grande, his sons Paul (Laura) Grande and Anthony (Brenda) Grande; his grandchildren Erika Grande (Eric Wright), Heather (Adrian) Tardy, John Grande, Matthew and Zachary Epolito, Samantha and Elisa Grande; great-grandchildren Lily, Aria, and Charlie; his sisters Angela Alloco, Mary Ann Grande and Patricia (David) Malta, many nieces and nephews.
John was a proud US Army veteran, a retired Sergeant with the Rochester Police Department and a Special Agent in charge of New England with the Department of Labor.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, John's burial will be private at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery and a Memorial Mass will be announced when restrictions are lifted. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hildebrandt Hospice.

I always had the greatest respect for the Grande Family. As kids, we would show up unannounced and Mr & Mrs Grande would always open their home with food and great stories. As long as you didn't touch the large piece of sausage in the serving bowl, you would be invited back. I have some very fond memories of Mr. Grande. Thank you Sir, you will be missed !!

John was truly a cops cop. I learned a great deal from him by just listening. A man respected greatly. Rest in Eternal Peace, Sgt. Grande.
