Joyce Diumano Obituary
Webster: Entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 15, 2017, age 57, at her home in Elmendorf, Texas with her family by her side. She is survived by her husband, Petronilo Diumano; daughters, Indy Arredondo and Nicole Diumano; son, Carlito Diumano; two brothers; three sisters; and seven grandchildren.
Joyce was born in Rochester, NY on September 18, 1960 to Edward and Mary Lohmaier, who proceeded her in death. She was the youngest of five children and attended Webster Thomas High School in Webster. After high school she attended Monroe Community College before joining the United States Navy as a Radioman. During her service she met her husband, Petronilo.
They married on June 21, 1980 and had three children. Joyce was honorably discharged from the Navy and worked in several fields afterwards. Her final position was Bakery Manager for HEB Grocery.
Joyce was a very loving, kind, and generous person who met no strangers. All who knew her will remember her quirky sense of humor, love of fishing, and talent for word puzzles.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:15 AM Saturday, October 21 at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 1008 Maple Dr., Webster. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society.

Joyce, you were not only my baby sister, you were my twin. I love you so much, and a part of me is missing. We had such a great time growing up. I as the twin that came out first, got you in trouble with mom and dad, just to save my butt, but I was always sticking up for you. No one picks on my sister but me, lol. We had so many laughs about that. I will miss very much, our face timing. Me blowing kisses to you, and you blowing me kisses back, then catching them. Doing cheers with our beer. Down the rat hole, as dad would say. I love you, and miss you. Blowing a kiss to you right now, I hope you caught it. Forever in my heart....❤.
