Lois Markus Obituary
Brighton: June 6, 2015. Survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Sidney; two children, Jill (Fred) Robustelli and Renee (Stephen Hodin) Markus Hodin; adoring grandchildren, Vanessa & Elena Robustelli and Peninah and Saul Hodin; brother, Michael Wexler; granddogs, Onyx and Rocky; many loving nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Jack and Elva Wexler; sister, Donna Larca.
Funeral services will be held on MONDAY, 2 PM at Temple Beth David (3200 St Paul Blvd, 14617) Interment, Stone Road Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 7-9 PM and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at 49 Brickstone Circle, 14620. Donations may be directed to Temple Beth David or Jewish Senior Life in Lois's memory. For directions or to leave a message for the family, visit:

Hello Michael and family...I was Paula Hazen and lived at 5o1 South Main St. I spent a lot of time at your house and with your family and have thought of you all a lot over the years. Your mom and grandparents were wonderful to us. God bless Michael!

My condolences to Lois's family I was sorry to hear the news even though it has been many years since we last saw each other. Lois and I grew up together in Canastota, Our fathers had stores downtown and we spent some fun times at each other's homes or downtown.
I'll bet she was a wonderful grandma.
