I worked with Mike 10 years ago, when he was a young engineer at TIBCO, and we worked together off and on for 5 years. Then he was promoted beyond my sphere to be one of the top architects at TIBCO. All of us who used to work with Mike at TIBCO are deeply saddened and shocked. We are so sorry for your loss. He was greatly loved and admired for his warmth, generosity, brilliance, colorful clothes, and his playful and sunny outlook. He was one of the most fully alive people I've ever met.
