Nancy Baroody Obituary
Rochester - passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 surrounded by her family. Nancy was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Ruth Defendorf, sister, Joan LaCourse, niece, Renee Tschetter, and former husband and friend, David Baroody Mrs. Baroody is survived by son, Michael Baroody (Peter Mikesell), daughter, Debra L. Baroody, niece, Michele (Frank) Fox, aunt, Laurie Stollery-Kiley, great nephew, Jacob Tschetter, great nephew, Nicholas Tschetter, great niece, Amanda Emond, great niece, Arieta Harrington, numerous great-great nieces, nephews, cousin and very special sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.) on Monday, July 19, 2021 from 4 to 7 PM. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society in Nancy's memory. To share a memory or send the family a condolence, please visit www.harrisfuneralhome.com.

Nancy was my business partner for over 20 years. She was sending me work until the last week of May! That's just the kind of dynamo she was. We had an amazing Zoom call in May and I will miss her more than I could ever express in this little box. She was my friend, my partner, and the best example of pulling yourself up by your bootstraps. Condolences to Mike and Debbie and the rest of your family - she constantly bragged and sent pictures of y'all. Sending you Texas sized love!

Our memories date back to 1951 Elwood Dr. as we became neighbors, playmates, classmates (St. Charles & Nazareth) and lifelong friends. Over the years, you came to the reunions and were bigger than life with your smiles, laughter and stories. You will be missed - May you rest in peace.
