Nellie Kruppenbacher Obituary
Rochester - July 25, 2018 at age 90. Predeceased by her parents, Abraham and Nellie Bommelje; sister, Mickey Hamm and brother-in-law, John Hamm; brother, Abraham Bommelje; sister-in-law Audrey Bommelje; brother-in-law, Stanley A. Ward. Survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Frank J. Kruppenbacher; sons, Robert F., Ronald J. (Rose Mancuso), Frank A. (Jacqueline Schertz), Dean F. (Linda), Kevin M. (Lisa) Kruppenbacher; sister-in-law, Marie Ward; 6 grandchildren, Amy (Todd) McNulty, Deborah, Daniel (Carol), Christina, Lynn and Dalton Kruppenbacher; 5 great-grandchildren, Madison, James, and Julian Viele, Liliana and Jacob McNulty. Nellie is also survived by many dear cousins and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Rochester General Hospital, St. Ann's Community and Lifetime Care Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center for the professional and compassionate care Nellie received.
Friends may call Monday 4-7 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Rd. A Celebration of Life Mass for Nellie will be held 9:30 Tuesday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd. Entombment immediately following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Resurrection Garden Mausoleum, 2461 Lake Ave. In lieu of flowers, please direct any gifts in Nellie's memory to the Elizabeth G. & Jennifer J. Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626 or your favorite cause or charity.
