I worked with your mom at Highland for many years and shared many a laugh with her. She was a joy to work with and a wonderful human being. She will be missed.

I worked with your mom briefly at Highland, she was on her way to retirement when I met her and she looked forward to more time with friends and families.
Her goals at that time was to enjoy herself and to live long enough for Boston to win the series. I am glad she made both goals.
She talked lovingly of her family and her love for you was felt by all.
I know you will miss her but she will live on in your hearts.

Dear Mark -
Please accept our deepest sympathies. I did not know your mother, but if she was anything like you then she must have been a wonderful person. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Caroline and Jimmy Ryan

As the secretary for Norma's physician I had the opportunity to become well aquainted with Norma over the last several years. Norma was a great soul, full of dignity, warmth, good humor and compassion. Never have I seen Norma ill tempered or impatient- no matter how good or bad she felt. I will miss her greatly as she touched my life in a special way. My thoughts are with her family for they have suffered a great loss. Norma and her family will be in my prayers and I will always think of her fondly.
Bonnie, secretary for Charlene Conners, MD.
