Patricia Ryan Obituary

Patricia (Pat) Ryan

Churchville - Patricia (Pat) Ryan of Churchville, NY peacefully completed her earthly journey on January 4, 2019. She was born in Salamanca, NY to Louise and James Birmingham. She married Thomas Ryan of Allegany, NY, who predeceased her on January 9, 1986. Pat was the mother of three children, Sally (Tom) Schauman, Maureen (David Thompson) Ryan, and Michael (Tammy) Ryan; whom she loved with all of her heart. Her five grandchildren, Amanda, Steven, Tommy, Paige, and Wyatt brought her monumental joy and delight.

A graduate of Canisius College and Mercy School of Nursing, Patricia remained passionate about the practice of medicine life-long. She was the first female president of the local chapter of the Society of American Magicians and active in many organizations over the course of her life. She felt truly blessed by her friends, many of whom she loved as family.

My dear Aunt Pat... I love you. Lisa

Your (family) loss is shared by many. Pat was a 3 time president of our magic club and always willing to share her talents and gifts with others. This spirit was extended to older members with health problems, and her giving nature always came through generously and brightly. She will not be forgotten. My condolences to the family. Jim Bush
