I had the pleasure of knowing Mr O'Dea as a neighborhood treasure, as well a haveing the privelidge of working with him at RG&E on Front Street.
Mr O'Dea was always smiling and always had a kind word for me.

Marge, so sorry to hear about your father. He was a great man. Every time that I watch my kids play baseball I remember your dad putting us through our paces up on Field St. Making us go after all those pop ups and fly balls in the field. Running and running after all those balls... It puts a smile on my face. He was like another dad to me all those years ago.
