This is a reminder to all of us to take time to remember the friends we have lost touch with and rarely see anymore .... I met Steve years ago, and we played the National Survival Game out in Victor ( now called Splatball ) ... We were an unlikely couple people to be playing with those strapping country boys - Steve on crutches and me, a little girl, barely 95 lbs soaking wet - but we had a great time and made great friends ! RIP , I will miss you, my friend <3

Steve always had the intelligence, strength and drive to inspire anyone around him. I think much of that was through the love and support he knew he always had from his wonderful family.
Steve had a soulful friendship with people. I will always remember how he laughed.
Steve will be in my heart forever.

I knew Steve from the SCCA, especially the rally side where he was always involved, running, working or organizing. He had huge determination, was always a strong and thoughtful competitor, but always seemed to have the time help new people and other rallists. A great ambassador to the sport and a pleasure to have known.

Steve and I rallied together, hung out together, were college fraternity brothers (Gamma Chi!, friends, and confidants. He never seemed to be without that can of Coke! Although I haven't seen him in years, I will always remember him, and admire his courage and determination. He never let his physical limitations stop him from doing anything! And he succeded in almost anything he did.

Steve and I worked together at Harris, and he was always a joy to be around. I admired him for his sunny disposition, and enjoyed many a break discussing our love for Wellsboro, Pa. and our families. I count knowing him as one of my life's blessings. My thoughts and prayers for comfort are with all of his loved ones and friends. Rest in peace, Steve.

We've shared working rallys,
we've shared a house once too.
It just won't be the same
not being able to have a beer with you.

Steve was a good coworker, a good friend, and a good man. He enjoyed the journey, and is not forgotten.
