Sylvia Zipkin Obituary
Charlotte, NC - Passed away on December 8, 2017 at age of 92. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph; siblings, Isadore Diamond, Molly Pierce, Shirley Baldwin. She is survived by her loving children, Deborah (Larry) Gilbert; Ilene (Philip) Wexler & David (Dietlinde) Zipkin; grandchildren, Elana (Kevin) Campbell, Eli Zipkin, Naomi (Mendy) Schwartz, Daniel (Atara), Ezra (Roni), Gabriel (Miriam) Gilbert, Jordana (Moshe) Honick, Michael, Ari (Jamie), Helen & Ava Wexler; 22 great-grandchildren; siblings, Morris Diamond, Nettie Vigman and many nieces & nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 13th at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Temple Beth El (139 Winton Rd. S.). Internment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 7-9 PM, Thursday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, and Friday 2-4 PM at 114 Oakdale Dr. Donations may be made to Temple Beth El in her memory.
