Mrs. Muir,
Thanks for allowing the nursing students to care for Mr. Muir some of the time since he has been ill (and recovering) at MCH. You were both patient with us. The love of the two of you was so evident. The recent student really appreciated your extra support. Former students learned much.

Evelyn & family,
I was so honored to get to know both Tom and Evelyn. You let me be a part of a loving family for far too short a time. I'll always remember you so very fondly.

The memories of Uncle are warm and humorous--he loved to tease Mom whenever she served lamb--Baaa, Anita! I'll never forget him.
Love to Auntie and the family.

My sympathy to the Muir family. Tom was instrumental in my growing-up years in teaching me what a man should be. Lord, if only we all could possess his quiet strength!

How sad I am that I can't be with you all to celebrate Uncle Tom's life. He was a very classy guy, with an easy laugh and a sparkle in his eye....I respected and admired him so much.

I had the pleasure of knowing Tom for a short time and in that time of knowing him, you could not help but to love him. Mr. Muir will truly be missed. My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Muir and the Muir family.
